I have a home in foreclosure and it's going to be auctioned august 5th 2011. How long before I have to move?

Whenever the new owner evicts you with a court order. You'll be served notice of any legal action. I have been suggesting that people contact the lender and offer to stay in the house and take care of it, without payments, to avoid it deteriorating or being vandalized if it sits abandoned. Negotiate something if you want to stay.
