Homeowner is part owner of a mortgage brokerage. Can Homeowner refuse to sell his home to a buyer if said buyer will not use Homeowner's mortgage broker?

He can refuse for any reason he likes. He sets the sale terms.

The homeowner can refuse to enter into a contract unless the buyer agrees to this condition, but once the agreement is signed by the seller, he cannot impose this condition unilaterally afterwards.
