What is the defence?

Whatever your facts, evidence, arguments are, including delay, inaccuracy, etc. Keep in mind that expungement does NOT change the fact of, or need to report, conviction for DRE purposes. I assume this is happening upon your normal renewal cycle, when they did a background check. If you are serious about getting counsel to help and represent you in this, feel free to contact me.
