Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I have a judgement from the Superior Court, that there will be no lock-out until 9/10. The place that we need to move in to will not be ready by then. Can I appeal the judgement to get more time? If so, how?

California law permits a person being evicted to apply to the court for a hardship extension. You might be required to pay the reasonable rental value for the property during that period, however.
