If you mean you lost your house to foreclosure, it probably means they are investigating federal bank and lending fraud they think you committed. Immediately exercise your 5th Amendment right to SHUT UP, and hire an attorney to deal with this.

If instead, you foreclosed to take back a house you sold and carried back a TD and loan that didn't get paid, they shouldn't be interested in talking to you unless the buyer of your house committed loan fraud against a commercial lender, and they seek your help. But, the same warning applies about getting counsel. "I'm from the government and I'm here to help you" is never true, and always dangerous.
