Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I live in house that i am renting the landlord just told me that the house is being foreclosed what will happen to me and my family and if the property is being foreclosed that means that he's obviously not making the payments to the house so should i be making the payments to him for something that is no longer his?

You'll either cut a deal with the new owner, or get evicted. If you don't make your payments, he can sue and evict you. Foreclosure takes time, and he could put someone else in who will pay.
