I live in a mobile home trailer park, I own the trailer but I owe back space rent, they have filed eviction, can they take my trailer?

Yes, eventually they can, if you keep up with your present course of not taking care of space rent.

No, you just have to move it when evicted, but they could seize it to satisfy a judgment if you wait that long.
