Loan Forensic Audit and Modification
We are looking for a lawyer or law firm to partner with for Loan Modifications and Forensic Loan Audits. This would be a pay-per-file arrangement. We currently originate 20 to 30 cases a week and are in the process of changing to a legal model for these services.

You mean changing to a less illegal model. Only Attorneys and Real Estate Brokers can charge up front money. The attorneys can not be 'partners' or have contingency or fee splitting arrangements with anyone, but may employ people such as paralegals, secretaries, etc., but the attorney remains liable for all work product. With all the fraud rampant in this business, and the public outcry about it, there are going to be a lot of criminal prosecutions of violators, and jail/prison time. I don't intend to be part of that herd, you shouldn't either. Now, with that said, if you're willing to do the business legally, feel free to contact me to discuss.
