can Los Angeles city inspectors enter my home, can they obtain a warrant to inspect my home? They are driving me nuts

There is a United States Supreme Court case that says they have to have a warrant. Yes they can get a warrant, and once they get a warrant, they can enter.

With a warrant, of course. You've got to 'deal with' whatever problem is causing this. Inspectors don't appear out of the blue without reason. They are claiming you are violating some law or regulation. For that you could face criminal charges, or condemnation, eviction, etc.??
