Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

lost our home in Foreclosure in 2003, just found out the broker defrauded us the auction was rigged and broker was grantee and grantor on title an used home proceeds to get a new loan also there was mortgage fraud,title fraud escrow fraud and also our home was under BK protection when all of this occurred,what can I do yea know hes still in good standings wirh R/E profession.His name Andrew Katakis LIFE KILLER!

You need to speak to a competent real estate attorney at length. You are spouting out a lot of legal conclusions which may or may not be correct and may or may not be relevant. 2003 was 9 years ago, and you may have a statute of limitation problem, regardless of when you claim you found out.
