Is there a mandatory limit on the number of apartments or units that constitute full time employment for the resident manager position in the state of California?

Never heard of such a requirement, and doubt there is one, because it makes no sense and would have no practical purpose. The only thing remotely similar is a requirement that there be a resident manager on complexes that have ten or more units (if I recall correctly), but the law makes no mention of full or part time.
