Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

My mother was forced under duress to sign her home over to a friend while i was incarcerated. I am now being asked to leave my home of many years, is there anything i can to do retrieve my home.

Depending upon all the facts and evidence available, and upon the timing of how long ago this happened, you might be able to file a lawsuit claiming fraud, etc. if you can get her cooperation, or if she is 'incompetent' you could act for her.
