Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
for my hi, where can i get an original copy of the by/laws/cc&r for my condo complex. everything i have found has been copied so many times it can't be read. im in california and have all the i.d. numbers, dates, etc. thank you in advance for your response...

The cc&r's were recorded with the county recorder as part of the condo subdivision or conversion. Original bylaws should have been maintained by the HOA. If not, I'm not sure what you can do.
