the police told me i had to leave my home it was inhabitable we were running a generator because someone bypassed enery and i got stuck with 1000 fine but the hoiuse is clean and kept up not falling down im not behind on my mortage but the police gave me a day to get aa few things and get out now i have things being stolen from my house but they will not let me jn to get my stuff but others are getting in to take my stuff what are my legal rights i feel im being harrassed

I think you need to retain a competent local lawyer as quickly as possible. The police action seems excessive based on the facts; normally, the police can't oust someone from their own property without a court order, and that would be issued only after notice to the homeowner and a full court hearing. Has the fine been paid?
