How can i get out of a pressured timeshare contract that was signed in Cabo Mexico but the timeshare company is based out of San Diego Ca.

You don't 'get out of' enforceable contracts. If you can prove legal defect , breach,or other justification for rescission of the contract, you'd file a lawsuit seeking that. If you think you have grounds, and if serious about hiring counsel to help you, feel free to contact me.
