Problems with electrical after 3 years

I sold my house in So Cal three years ago, and disclosed all information that I was aware of at that time. 3 years later, the buyer had a fire. Would I be considered responsible for faulty wiring?

You'll find out when a judge and jury come back with a verdict if you're sued. Until then, take the position that you are not. If sued turn it over to your insurance company.
