Hello, i have a question what do i do when my mom is tryin to kick me out but makes more then me and i dont make much no have much bc i give her rent money 100$ and paying of the car she got for me but used it as a loan that the bank gave her for a vehical. I put 1000$ down on the car and 1000$ down on the insurance for the car but its under her name what do i do exspecially threatens me to kick me out and call the cops

Have you stated your age yet?? If you are a minor, most likely yourom can't just kick you out. If you are 18 or older, you will have to go to court to resolve any disputes that you guys can't informally resolve.

Make peace with her and somehow get along as responsible adults. If you are over 18, she can evict you if she wants. Even under 18 she can force you out. You could spend a bunch of money litigating the car title, or settle that issue with her.
