Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

As a Real Estate Listing Agent, once the listing expired, the sellers hired another agent and

property went into escrow, within 45 days of the end of the listing period.

Our original agreement states that should any of the clients/potential

buyers who came through/known during the original listing agreement, and have now put an offer

to purchase property under the new listing, thus my having initially procured persons, I would be entitled to the commission.

How can I enforce this as escrow is still in transaction. My agreement states that 180 days

after the listing period/extention I am entitled to the commission that we had originally agreed upon

once I can show proof of know potential buyers. Which I have and a list was furnished to sellers.

Through a claim of 'procuring cause' through the MLS, seeking the commission. When you get serious about pursuing this, feel free to contact me. I've been doing such RE matters for over 30 years.
