my wife and i were selling a home i sign a paper that i agreed to 405k after a series of offers my wife didnt sign but i told the real estate broker she would. after rethinking it we dont want to sell now i recived a letter from his attory saying he is forceing the sale and to meet in medeation he put $1200 in inspections and $250 in escrow can he makes us sell if we dont want to and do we have to reneburis his inspection money the last contract we both signed was for 420k he turned it down saying there is too much wrong with our house

Your options are dictated by the terms of your listing agreement with the broker. Mediation is certainly your most cost effective option.
