Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

If I am renting a room and garage to someone growing medical marijuana is my property safe from any legal action ?

I may be behind the times, but at least until recently California's "compassionate use" laws did not authorize anyone to grow or sell marijuana, and as far as I know, it is still illegal under California law. In addition, it is illegal under federal law. This is not something for which I would rent out my property.

NO. Does the word seizure or forfeiture ring a bell? You could be charged with growing, possession with intent to sell, each a federal and state felony.
