Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

How do I request a suspension / extension of time due to Plaintiff\'s hospitalization? Have letters from doctors stating he will be in hospital for an extended period and unable to attend proceedings.

Plaintiff's attorney will have to file an appropriate Motion seeking to suspend discovery and continue any hearings. If Plaintiff doesn't have an attorney, as implied, then he's going to have to hire one. If he is serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
