The answer depends on where in Riverside County which stretches all the way to the border of Arizona. Any locality where you would want to build more than one home on 5 acres probably has a General Plan, a planning commission, and permit consultants with their hands out. In cities, there are undoubtedly blocks where lots of less than 4,368 square feet would be legal, allowing ten houses per acre.
