Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

my sister is my power of attorney. while i was in jail, some how she became the owner of my condo. i was locked up from 2004-2007. i just recently found out that my property was sold to her in jan 2007. now she is trying to sell it from underneath me. what can i do?

File a lawsuit for damages and to quiet title if you aren't too late, and if there is actually equity and value in the property to be recovered. If so, feel free to contact me.

You might also have a cause of action against the title company that stated she had ownership of the condo. Power of attorney would normally not give the authority to sell an asset to one's self.
