Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

They will demolish my building in two days

I have been retalitory evicted. I spoke with a lwayer who says I have a clear case. My landlord is a scofflaw and to avoid going through regular procedures, he has given me a letter that says my building will be demolished on Monday. Please help, I have a baby, and I am scared. Thanks.
