Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

I\'m an 18 year old girl and i have been with my 16 year old boyfriend for about 7 months now. I\'ve recently found out i might be pregnant. I want to know what could possibly happen to me, legally and criminally. Also, we started dating before i turned 18, does that matter? And my boyfriends parents are okay with us dating. Will that make a difference?
