Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
i have not yet been accused of sexual harrassament, but the hr department is reviewing the situation to find out whether or not i can be. I want to know my rights being that i am falsely accused, as the relationship was consensual.

Rights? To keep the employer happy and complaint free. To present your best reply and rebuttal to any such charges. You are an 'at will' employee that can be fired any time for any reason. Such allegations against you are clear basis for termination, whether you say they are true or not. You admit to a 'relationship', and it is your word versus someone else's what happened. The employer is obligated to hear the complaint and investigate.
