Does an asian female will sue if called a giesha in the work place?
I use to work for a law enforcement association and there was questionable sexual harassment.
Example 1: My interim executive director told another co worker that, I had perky boobs and a great body. and it was hard to talk to me because he kept on staring down my shirt.
Example 2: The Vice Presidents of the organization took a liking to and told another co worker that I was a good little giesha girl with a nice body.
Although these comments were never said to me is this also ground for sexual harassment

Used to? You only have a year to bring your claims, so if it has been a year, you are too late. If not too late, read on.
