Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
Can I bring a sexual abuse incident that happened 20 years ago to court? I have no proof except that I am telling the truth and I know all the people who did this to me.

You would need to find an exception to the statute of limitations that applies to you. Without an exception, the statute of limitations will almost certainly bar your claim.
There are no facts in your question that would suggest such an exception exists. If you are serious about this claim, you should speak in person to a lawyer about the statute of limitations issue before doing anything else.

NO. The statute of limitations has long run out. Plus, without actual evidence, you couldn't have won it if you had brought it on time years ago.
