Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

No Disciplinary action done

For the past couple of months I have been harassed by my co-workers from whistling and stares to unwanted shoulder rubbing. I am not the only one that this is happening to and in fear of losing our jobs we do not report anything because the last person that did no longer works there. Recently I reported someone whistling at me and only a warning was issued because they said they were busy and needed him to work the full day. I felt very offended when that was all that was done because when someone steals from our showroom they make a really big deal out of it but when it comes to the well being of their employees they don't care. They also have a temple where they pray everyday and I also think that is offensive because they are praying at work and sometimes even asking for donations to build a church???? Is that part of harassment??? Please advise me on what I should do or call me at my day number.

Re: No Disciplinary action done

It sounds like you have a clear case of sexual harassment and discrimination, and we can discuss whether there is possibly religious discrimination. You must now file a claim with either the DFEH or EEOC. I recommend you hire an attorney to represent you from the beginning to ensure you maximize your case value. Call if interested. 714-960-7584

Re: No Disciplinary action done

There seem to be a variety of inappropriate acts that have been committed against you and other employees. I am going to need more facts and an understanding as to the type of evidence that may be available before I can give you an accurate estimate as to what I can legally do for you.

Either call for a no charge consultation or write some additional information such as anyone who would testify on your behalf, letters or memos documenting the inappropriate behavior and the dates when the acts were commmitted.
