Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

This doctor is making me sick

The owner of the doctor's office that I got to is making me sick. The doctor that I see is a nice man. The doctor who owns the office is a creep. He touches me every chance he can. He creates reasons to touch me. My responces are always cold and I give him evil looks but he dosn't get the message. I don't want to cause a scene. I told my therapist about this today and she wants to see me back on Monday to talk about it. What should I do?

if this doctor is touching you in a harmful or offensive manner, you have both criminal and/or civil causes of action available to you to remedy this unfortunate situation. you can file a criminal complaint against this doctor for assault and/or battery, and you may also wish to retain an attorney for civil remedies for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and/or sexual harassment. if you would like addtional legal assistance and/or representation in this matter, please email my office today with more details.

If he has touched or fondled you in a 'sexual' manner, you should report it to the police, and then maybe also consider legal action. If it is just that you are uncomfortable with his attention, your choice is probably to request he have no contact with you, or find somewhere else to go.
