Ejaculation in the workplace

Is it considered sexual harsssment if a coworker ejaculates on another coworkers desk area... ie.. hat, keyboard, wipes it on their phone. What if management has know about 4 incidents and does nothing unitl a manager is the target on the 5th incident?

Re: Ejaculation in the workplace

This is disgusting behavior by the perpertrator and should not be tolerated. It is also despicable for the employer to allow the employees to be subjected to such behavior. Based upon your description of what transpired, I am very confident that you would indeed have an excellent case. In fact, not only you, but some of the other employees may also have an excellent case. Please feel free to call me if you would like to discuss a possible suit. Regards, Damian M. nolan.

As stated in the previous replies, you appear to have a strong case provided you have proof supporting the allegations. Call me for a free consultation if you are in the bay area (415/772-9652).

OF course it is. If you have any evidence of the conduct and your complaints, you would seem to have a strong case. Contact me if interested in doing something about it, as I practice in SLO.
