If you are talking about sexual harassment at work or in a public business setting, which is illegal, you report it in writing to mgmt /HR /etc and demand remedy and correction. If it is more than a one time thing, and if it is not corrected promptly and properly, then you might have grounds for a lawsuit. If so contact me to discuss your rights and remedies.
Outside the work environment, or in a business setting, you are on your own; 'harassment is not illegal.
