Can I file a second amended complaint after i went to court hearing on a demurrer. The minute order says the demurrer is sustained without leave to amend.

We'll lets see. What might "without leave to amend" mean? Oh, hey, maybe "No amendments allowed."

No. The court did not give you permission/leave to amend - which is very unusual. There must have been a serious defect in your complaint such as expiration of statute of limitation, etc. which the court viewed as impossible to remedy with an amendment.

No, you are now 'out of court' unless you file a motion seeking somehow to obtain leave to amend, which has already been denied.
