Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

My husband has been pursued by his manager and has advised her that he is married. However, she continues to pursue him and display a romantic interest. She has drove my husband to our home and dropped him off twice in her personal vehicle. She shares these romantic interest with his relative that works at the same location with him.

Something's strange about this picture. Your husband may be playing into her advances by not once -- but TWICE -- accepting a ride home in the car. He should distance himself from any compromising situation. In addition, if there is a higher authority at the workplace -- i.e. the ultimate boss or human resources -- it might be time to escalate and complain of sexual harassment.

Your husband needs to lodge a complaint to the H.R. department, and if this conduct continues thereafter, then it would be time to explore the possibility of a sexual harassment lawsuit. Please feel free to contact my office at 1.877.505.INJURY to set up a free consultation.

The laws guarantee employees a safe and sexual harassment free environment. If he objects to this as 'sexual harassment', he should write a complaint to HR or other management, demanding investigation and remedy. If the company fails to adequately remedy the situation by discipline or termination of the culprit[s], then he has grounds for a lawsuit. If that is the case, feel free to contact me, I've been doing these cases for over 30 years.
