Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Is it illegal for a 19 year old to kiss a 17 year old. They are a year and a half apart in age and the 17 year old turns 18 in two months. This question is for the state of California.

You can legally kiss your lover as much as you like, assuming he or she consents, but you have to stop there. Maybe you could kiss every day and scratch a day off your calendar until Day 60.

Dating and kissing is ok. Sex will get you a prison sentence for statutory rape.
