Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
how long do i have to file a harrasment suit?
I walked up to the boss and asked to make a request. He said request this, He grabbed my arm and kicked me in the butt. I said I request you don't do that again, his response was oh my god all I can see is dollar signs.
I am not the only one that has had this experience. there are others that he has actually gotten pretty graphic with sexually.

An assault action can be filed within two years in CA, but a sexual harassment action within One year. IF you are female and subjected to sexual comment, etc, in the workplace, you may have a discrimination/harassment action.
