How long do I have to file a sexual harassment report at work

The sooner the better. Timely complaints tend to be more credible. But if you mean with an outside agency, you have up to one year with the State of California (Dept. of Fair Employment and Housing) and 300 days with the federal government (Equal Emloyment Opportunity Commission), from the date of the last act of sexual harassment.
