Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

After meeting a nice mature girl and I wanted to have a nice

relationship and later on also had safe sex that she agrees on.

Is there any kind of legal protection that I can get before

having safe sex,.....because what if she had later plans

of using it as if I raped her.

(protection) I am not talking condoms......I am talking safety

as in not being charged of rape.

There are no guarantees in some areas of life, and written notarized consent for nookie just ain't happening. Avoid having sex with people you don't trust, as in, get to know your partner really well first. Give pleasure as well as receive it so that it doesn't end on a sour note and she doesn't feel used afterward. Buy her flowers or at least call her.
