Nude Neighbor

I see my neighbor through his window jacking off. He is totally nude. Can I legally stop him from doing this?

If you're willing to get him arrested, with all the consequences of that, you can call the police. A phone call or note warning him to 'stop' might be called for first, depending upon the facts.

The cause of action in tort is nuisance, which requires court action.
