Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

In office place happen sexual harashment with a family women frofessional women working in it field her status h1b visa her hussband and son dependant on h4 visa, he sceared her all the time i will kick you from my office, and i will inform to your husband that your sleeping with me and when your husband divorce you then i will put you in my feets ,and will diport to you to india you out of status imean to any how he puts her hands and playing all the time every time he forcing for her to sleep with me otherwise you know me than he started to forcing her to divorce her husband, she's scaring if i call to 911 than she gonna out of status she got diabetic, her age 37 and his age about 60 please give me advice i am thinking to commite suite i very thank t0 you if give me advice.
