Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
what is required to sue for wrongful termination? I have been placed on suspension due to accusations of harrassment. No direct contact nor the feeling of me trying to hit on them .I have recently addressed their behavior or performance. Now this group of employees who run in the same circles are now accusing me of making them feel uneasy.Their behavior or failure to comply to policy and procedures have yet to be addressed yet I have been terminated.

To sue you have to have proof the company did something wrong. Terminating you because of such misconduct allegations is NOT 'wrong', but actually probably required of them. Look for a new job, and if you were smart, you'd try to immediately negotiate for them to allow you a voluntary resignation with a 'clean record' so it doesn't show misconduct and illegal harassment. Otherwise you'll probably never find work again at any company that does background checks.
