Requirement after Disciplinary Action

If an employee has been disciplined for sexual harrassment is there a class they must attend?

No. There are such classes used by large companies sometimes, but it is up to the company to make such rules. If you were the victim, call me if you believe the company did not take proper action to protect you. If you were the culprit, you should count yourself lucky if not fired for the offense
