Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
Sexual harassement
Is looking at sexual explicit websites at work, without commenting them with anyone and without showing them to anyone considered sexual harassement in case somebody in the accidentaly office sees that? The person has not voiced that this is unwelcome to the person viewing the websites and as soon as somebody enters the office of the person viewing the websites he closes them immediately?

Re: Sexual harassement
You do that on the company computer and you'll be fired for misconduct, and for creating a sexually hostile environment if anyone sees the sites.
