Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Sexual Harassment Question. ?????
Is there such claim, or legal rights as
a spouse to file a claim of Sexual
Harassment charges against a
Business/Company of which it has
occured upon to my Wife, and she
will not file a claim against them? For
it would cause more hardship etc,.
Due to fact she is Japanese and
works for a Japanese grocery Store
Chain and he is Married to a Japanese
Woman. In turn it has caused my
once Great relationship and Marriage
to go bad and now maybe to a
Divorce of after 12 years.
My Wife was the victim and the Store
Manager is the person I am talking
about. She was to be his new
Assistant Manager I learned recently.
Absolutely devastated my life and
pending future plans and life. Even
crazier than it sounds, it is factual
and unreal to say the least.

She is the only one with a cause of action.
