If you can prove what you say, criminal rape charges and a civil case for rape and sexual harassment are in order. Your job status is not the issue. Contact me to discuss your rights and remedies.
Re: sexual harassment ? or rape?
You have been raped. This is a serious criminal offense. Many police departments have special rape counselors and detectives who handle these matters in a sensitive manner. In my opinion, this needs to be reported, not just for your own sake but for other women who may become victims of this predator. He may even have done this before but his previous victims may have been too afraid to do anything.
The company may also be liable for his actions, depending on a number of factors. You should consult with an employment law attorney in your area for the best advice on what to do. The sooner the better. This man must be stopped!

This person needs counseling to get through the situation. The supervisor should also be reported to the police. You (or the woman this happened to) needs support so that she can begin to recover from what happened.
