Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Is this sexual harassment

i work in GA but am in CA now for a project. i live with my boss and another co worker.

its been around 10 days in CA. my boss whn i am alone with him has tried to hold my hands and kiss me. he says he likes me. he has a family. i refused him all three times. last was yesterday when i started getting scared. i told this info to the other co-worker.

i was alone with this coworker in his room when i told him about my boss.

now my boss claims that i am sleeping with my coworker and has removed me from the project, not from job yet. i am going on to be on bench with no salary.

dont know what to do

Yes, that is sexual harassment, and you may sue your boss and your employer. You should visit a local attorney to discuss the matter.

Credibility is everything in such a claim. If you intend to do anything, then immediately file a written complaint with the company HR or high management, demanding help and remedy. It needs to concisely explain all the facts. On face value, you have a sexual harassment claim, and potentially a retaliation claim as well. You should consider hiring counsel to advise and help you.
