Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
Sexual harassment and wrongful termination
I was sexually harassmed for 5 months and my head boss knowingly allowed it to happen or threatened my job. My head boss allowed my supervisor to do it and continued to make me sleep alone with him in the field after my complaints that he walked in his underwear and did his thing in front of me. I was fired the same day i asked some employees what i should do becuase the compnay was allowing it. How much of a settlement should I ask for in the mediation???

It is impossible to answer your question based on a brief paragraph because there are so many variable factors that go into evaluating a case. Don't you have legal counsel? If you are going into a mediation, you certainly should have representation. How else will you know your rights and be able to respond to contentions made by the employer's attorney?
Mediation is a fairly complex process and it takes an experienced attorney to know how to approach it for maximum value. If you do not have an attorney, you need to find one as soon as possible. There are many fine attorneys who have responded to questions on this website, so you may wish to check to see who has responded to previous exual harassment questions and who, among them, is in your area.

Case value is determined ultimately, and only, by the guy that writes the settlement check, or by a jury at the conclusion of trial. Any other figure you dream up is simply what you wish it would be.
If you are in mediation or lawsuit without counsel, you are not likely to have a successful outcome, nor recover appropriate value. The value depends on all the facts, the conduct, the parties, AND the quality and persuasiveness of the legal presentation. A pro per like you poses limited threat to the company, as you demonstrate you are not willing to handle the case professionally, and you admit you don't know the value, nor how to determine it, nor how to negotiate for it.
