Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

If I purchased a vehicle from a car lot and was sexual herasssed. was propsoitioned instead of making a payment that he would take sexual favors for payment numerous times not just me but who ever I brought with me as well/

That would be a violation of the Unruh Civil Rights Act (Civil Code section 51 and those that follow), as well as -- probably -- an unfair business practice. You should consult with an attorney in your area who handles discrimination and/or harassment claims.
