Forever, or never. There is no rule requiring termination. Common sense and good legal counsel would advise the company to take proper corrective action, including appropriate discipline. IF you are the harassed, you are supposed to be protected. If you feel you have been sexually harassed, and the company has not properly responded, OR if the harassment was more than one incident, feel free to contact me about your rights and remedies.
