Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California
I was sexually harrassed and my boss suspended the guy and now there bring him back to work. Is this legal?

"Legal"? Well, it is not 'illegal'. Their discipline may have been the appropriate remedy for your complaint. The facts and your desires expressed to the company determine that. If it was a first, one-time, incident, then discipline instead of termination may have been appropriate. Termination would be appropriate for multiple or repeat offenses. Plus, if his return actually creates a 'hostile' workplace for you, such as forcing you two to work together or in close proximity, it may give you grounds for further claims and request for remedy, and possibly legal action under the discrimination laws. If you believe you have grounds for further action, feel free to contact me. I've been doing these cases for over 20 years.
